Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions.
Drive revenue growth, and ensure profitability through effective cost control measures.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, inspiring them to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong sense of employee engagement and satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
Build and nurture relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders to enhance the restaurant's reputation and drive customer loyalty.
Implement effective marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
