If you're an energetic, responsible, team player looking to blend your hospitality background with the great outdoors, we have just the position! You will work closely with our General Manager to lead a local team through day-to-day operations while earning the opportunity to advance within our growing management company right away.
Marketing (FB, IG, Airbnb, etc.
) and events experience preferred, flexible pay package is open to discussion.
Must live on-site or close by April - October 2024, full RV hook-up provided if applicable.
Potential for a maintenance hire as well if you come as a couple.

Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the resort Facilitating the tenant experience from check-in to check-out Selecting, overseeing and training a small team of full and part-time employees Owning key performance indicators (KPI's) for both the resort and team Maximizing revenue via bookings, existing amenities, and store sales Working closely with our marketing team to help implement dynamic pricing Coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure timely service to all visitors Managing contracts and communication with all vendors Providing weekly reports on occupancy, expenses, and general operations Conducting monthly surveys to improve customer satisfaction Organizing regular events designed to promote a sense of community Understanding camper safety, fire, and emergency plans Assuming a leadership role for capital improvements and expansion efforts
Qualifications:
High school diploma required 5 years of property management, event planning, or hospitality experience preferred RV resort management experience preferred Comfortability with management software such as Campspot preferred People first, detail-oriented personality who is comfortable taking initiative High-integrity, trustworthy character with the ability to resolve conflicts quickly Enjoys taking pride in the greater success of the property General knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to property management We are an equal opportunity employer and our representatives must uphold those values Compensation:
